The AccessToken you add manually is just for one player. It is the common scenario and is by design. May I know what is the scenario?

Since Facebook doesn’t provide SDK like: Unity SDK (facebook.com) for Ureal Engine and we are not familiar with Unreal Facebook Authentication, you may seek professional help from Facebook or UE support team.
