CDN Pricing question

I'm not sure about the CDN pricing, 0.10 US per GB. If I have 100 users that have to download a 1.0 GB file. I have to pay 0.1 US or 10 US??

You would pay USD $0.10 per GB downloaded. So if 100 users each download a 1 GB file, that would be 100 GB, or USD $10.00.
