Basic vs Professional Pricing Tier

I have a doubt about Playfab pricing system. The pricing page states that Your game is considered "live" when you have 1,000 registered players, or after the launch date you specify to PlayFab.

If a game is released using Playfab Basic Tier functionality only, and that game eventually has more than 1,000 registered players. Will the pricing tier change to Professional automatically? Or will it stay in the Basic Tier as long as the game is not using any of the professional features? (ie: A/B testing, segmentation, etc).

The pricing, and the statement concerning when a title is live, is in the context of the Professional tier.

To be clear, if you're not a hobbyist or first-time indie, you should really be in the Pro tier. In addition to higher limits (which enables the use of the automated live ops features you mention, and others), it also provides you with more support options and a service level agreement (SLA). While we do what we can to make sure the free (Basic) tier customers don't encounter any issues, we have to be realistic that we are contractually obligated to make sure our pro/enterprise customers are unblocked first.
