Can't add a New Secret Key in the portal

Hi, One of our secret keys expired so I want to create a new one for Q1 2024. But every time I try to create a new secret key with or without an expiration date I get this error message:

The limit for the title was exceeded. : OverLimit

I get this even if I set the Expiration Date as soon as one day in the future.

How can I get past this error and create a new key?

One title can have no more than 5 secret keys, you may delete the expired ones and try again. 6722-image.png You can see this in title settings->limits.
