Given that I can't find that error message/code anywhere in our service code, I have to assume it's coming from somewhere else. If it's not an error that Photon returns, I'd recommend asking the developer for the complete details of the error message. If there's a message coming from PlayFab, the errorMessage from the response will provide more context.
