matchmaking_user_ticket_completed does not work!

Is it normal that matchmaking_USER_ticket_completed does not generate a PlayStream Event and does not call Azure Function? I don't have such problems with matchmaking_ticket_completed, it works fine.

This event won’t trigger, it’s by design. Do you have any concern about it? Does matchmaking_ticket_completed not meet your need?
