If you are a free tier customer, the maximum number of leaderboards per title is 25. If you want more leaderboards, you can upgrade this plan.
We suggest indie tier for your upgrade solution. It will be free if you just use it for test, but core service is $99 a month after you hit 1,000 MAU for the first time.
