Card details cannot be replaced and deleted

Hello. I can’t change the card and information to pay for the service. An error " There was an error while loading data from the server. Please reload the page to retry."

Refreshing the page and changing the browser does not solve the problem.

Also, if you try to change the account country when updating the account plan, an error also appears
