I would like to transfer a title from one studio to another. I do have an access to both studios as an admin.
I don't have a premium account, so can't create a ticket for support to review.
From "My Game Studio" title "Cyber Hunter Game" to "Mystery Tag" studio.
Could you please describe why you want to transfer the title into from one of your studio into another? Please also provide your title id, "from" studio id and "to" studio id. The studio id can be obtained by going to the Studio Settings page and check the url.
If you only want to transfer the title from your test account to a formal account, a quick way is to add the formal account as the Admin of the studio, then login as the formal account and remove the test account from the studio. We need Mystery Tag to have it
Could you please also provide your title id? Please also note that there could be some impact on players of the new studio. They would potentially have one account for the transferred game and another account for any others.
