The simplest way to do this is to just add the new owner as the Admin of the studio. They could then remove your team from the studio and titles, add their own team, and update the billing info to be theirs instead of yours. Obviously, since you originally created the account and set it to its current tier, you should have some record of the agreement between the two of you - but your legal counsel would be the best person to advise you on that. If your counsel wants you to have a more complete separation by having the new owner create their own studio, we can move any titles you need us to into their studio. We would just need a direct statement from each of you that this is what you want us to do.
