If you want to change your time display settings in the PlayFab Game Manager. you can set your own timezone by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and going to the [My Profile] page. There, you can select whatever time zone you want to use for the timestamp display and save your settings.
But if you want to set the player profile timezone, PlayFab does not provide this functionality for the time being. However, since the PlayFab servers report the current time in UTC and the geographic location already exists in the PlayFab, we can use them to retrieve the time zone.
