Do you have a SDK/wrapper for React Native?

We don't have one specifically tested with React, but:

a) React uses JavaScript and you can add components with Java, so either of those SDKs would very likely work fine.

b) If the existing SDKs don't work for you, you can always roll your own using our SDK Generator (https://api.playfab.com/sdks/sdk-generator).

Thanks, @Brendan. Does your team plan on developing a React Native tested SDK?

We don't have any plan for that right now, no. If you would like to see that added, I'd recommend posting that as an Idea to our Feature Requests forum.
