GetReportData (Admin) API is not getting data in csv file downloaded via API.

I have observed that we are not getting data from playfab API for D8222 titleId url : https://D8222.playfabapi.com/admin/GetDataReport?sdk=PostmanCollection-0.199.231208 method : POST Body : { "ReportName": "Daily Overview Report", "Year": 2024, "Month": 4, "Day": 28 } Response of the APi is as follows : { "code": 200, "status": "OK", "data": { "DownloadUrl": "https://playfabreportsprod.blob.core.windows.net/pfreportblobstore/D8222/20240428/DailyOverviewReport.csv?sv=2019-02-02&sr=b&sig=Mjr5boafiSTX%2BTdsJ6tSrj9othjiNDtiBuwKjOU90SI%3D&st=2024-04-29T14%3A00%3A05Z&se=2024-04-30T14%3A05%3A05Z&sp=r" } }

when I try to download using the above mentioned url, I was getting empty records, where as in playfab I can see reports

This issue we are facing for D8222 title Id from 19th April 2024

Could you please check and let us know what can be the issue.

I have verified from playfab--> dashboards --> reports --> Daily overiew report for 1st of May 2024 with DownloadUri: "/api/en-us/D8222/reports/MjAyNC0wNS0wMVQwMDowMDowMC4wMDAwMDAwfkRhaWx5T3ZlcnZpZXdSZXBvcnQ%253d/download We have data in the csv file downloaded from that link above.

When we trying to get to that same file through PlayFab Admin API using postman URL : https://D8222.playfabapi.com/admin/GetDataReport Method: POST Payload : {"ReportName": "Daily Overview Report","Year": 2024, "Month": 5, "Day": 1 } Response : - **"DownloadUrl": "https://playfabreportsprod.blob.core.windows.net/pfreportblobstore/D8222/20240501/DailyOverviewReport.csv?sv=2019-02-02&sr=b&sig=vBQJCFYFkFRqLDp52nYd2D5UUK2c1lerO8UKfshXD2E%3D&st=2024-05-02T07%3A23%3A56Z&se=2024-05-03T07%3A28%3A56Z&sp=r"** we get csv file with no data.

Since the GetReportData API works fine in my tests and can get the corresponding data, you may follow this document: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/gaming/playfab/features/pricing/paidtechnicalsupport#support-ticket-submission to submit a support ticket so that our engineer can help you solve the issue.
