Is it within the acceptable usage of PlayFab to build a B2B solution?
The B2B solution will include the SDKs for using all the client APIs on all platforms(Android/iOS, etc) , an intuitive admin dashboard and lastly our own set of features (crash-monitoring, push notifications, big/query, UPI payments, OTP based auth, deeplinks, install tracker, etc).

Normally, PlayFab’s title is business to individual. Crash-monitoring, deeplinks, install tracker are not supported, so we don’t recommend build B2B with PlayFab title.
Crash-monitoring, deeplinks, install tracker are the features which we will build ourselves. And for other features like auth, friends, leaderboard, stats, etc we will use Playfab's service.
Then we will offer a new product (Playfab + MyFab) in a unified admin-dashboard which we will build using Playfab's admin API and our APIs.

In theory, your plan is feasible, you can integrate the current supported PlayFab feature as you want.
Cool, so I hope I won't be violating any Terms of Usage of PlayFab Services. We will be baselining our pricing on top of Playfab's pricing.
