login：This request is not allowed due to API usage limits for the title.

we are getting the error "This request is not allowed due to API usage limits for the title" when try to login a client with LoginWithEmailAddress The limits of our app are fine in the dashboard.
This error occurs during the first login，so its not about logining more than a few dozen times a minute And the billing summary shows there is no non-paid studio bills. whats the problem？Is there some billing error? Our app title id is: 8A4EB. Do you have any solution for this error？

I try to create a customId account in your title but encounter the same error message you mentioned and receive the DAULimitExceeded error. And the DAULimitExceeded error means that your Title has been turned off due to the unpaid invoice for more than 30 days. You may refer to DAU Limit Exceeded - Playfab Community to have more information.
