Update, as we've made a significant change to the service which will allow for this.
All calls coming from PlayFab will now be seen as coming from one of these IP Addresses: 34.213.208.16, 34.216.170.167, and 52.13.201.178, 20.72.226.112, 20.72.226.160
This information is also available in the Game Manager, in your Title Settings->API Features tab.

Thanks for the suggestion (though I'd recommend putting them in the Feature Requests forums, so that others can vote on them). Clearly, services which require whitelisting for calls into them won't be usable via Cloud Script at the moment - I've added this to our backlog, so that we can try to get it into a future sprint.
Actually, update - this is an option we're looking to enable for pro and enterprise customers. If you're on a pro tier contract and you're still in development, please contact us at devrel@playfab.com if you'd like to participate in a beta test of this feature.
