Found a bug --
Upon submission, it brings you to the home page without a message that it succeeded or failed.
I didn't get a confirmation email, either, so I'm not sure if it went through or not: I was asking to confirm the price for breaking the stats cap: It says $20 / 100k MMU. Does that mean I pay only once per +100 stats cap raise as long as I stay under 100k MMU?
Ok confirmed receive via email. Without any special filters, PlayFab is going to spam with gmail~ same with password resets. Just a heads up:
It's probably still a good idea to add confirmation after contact -- just in case you get a multi million dollar company that wanted to contact you, then shrugged it off after the long form seemed to simply refresh the page ;)

Meanwhile, the answer to the question on cost for upgrades is in your original thread on this topic: https://community.playfab.com/questions/10096/cant-add-to-leaderboard.html. In short, no, we can't do a one-time payment for something that has an ongoing usage cost on our side.
