Enable receipt validation calls for different catalog versions

Hi, I would expect to have similar behavior for purchases with in-game currency and with real money.

Now purchase with in-game currency is allowed in non-primary catalogs is supported (which is great!), but purchase (e.g. verification) with real money is not.

I would expect also receipt verification for real money to be possible - either by extending the existing ValidateGooglePlayPurchaseRequest with catalogId (probably not, because this will be a backwards-incompatible change), or by adding a separate API call in parallel - e.g. ValidateGooglePlayPurchaseWithCatalog.

To be clear, purchasing with real money using any defined catalog is done via the StartPurchase flow.

This request is specifically to provide new API calls which would make it possible to use receipt validation with non-primary catalogs. These would need to be new API calls (and default to not available from the client, as with statistics and virtual currency calls), in order to not cause problems for existing titles (allowing a hacked client to call receipt validation against catalogs they didn't intend to be active).
