SteamInfo -- How to set things like activation status?

I realized that this is not obtained via Steam -- it's null when logged into Steam/Steamworks.NET: How do I set this? It's not necessarily PlayerInfo

The SteamActivationStatus isn't currently being used - that field is intended for future development. We'll get the docs updated to reflect this.
