Photon+Playfab cant join lobby

hello,

i am using photon with playfab. but i got a problem to join lobby. as shown in the pic: Photon can not process to "connecting to lobby". I also checked Auto-Join Lobby option, but still not working.

For problems connecting to the Photon Cloud servers, you'll need to talk with the Exit Games team directly. We partnered with them to add integration for Photon into PlayFab (authentication and webhooks), but we do not manage or support their service directly.
