I have tried GetAccountInfo and GetPlayerCombinedInfo to get Facebook ID of other accounts but none of them work, they only return basic information. Anyone have any idea how to get more account information for other user accounts.

Yes, you can get that info from the Server version of the API call, but not the Client version. That's specifically done in order to make sure we're compliant with Facebook's policies.
