Segment Players by EventData.DeviceInfo.Version?

Is it possible to segment players by EventData.DeviceInfo.Version?

The PlayFab Segmentation doesn’t support segmenting players by DeviceInfo. As an alternative, you can use API AddPlayerTag to add the device info as a tag to the player, and then segment them with the tag.
