Does Playfab provide a good solution for a turn-based game ?

Hello, please I was wondering if Playfab was appropriate (i mean not wasting usage/money) for an asynchronous turn-based game with no game engine logic server-side (except waiting for other players turns to finish obviously) but a lot of game instances and a way to store players data ?
