,how to delete master player in a studio that has no title with the game

I was messing with creating playfab accounts in unreal engine. and deleting players on playfab studio.

I only created playfab account with email and password. and deleted player tittle in a studio. now I have no way to find the account that has associate with the studio. I can't log in cus it has no username. can't delete whole studio to reset players.
