Do you mean whether the Party Network will be destroyed after all players left? If so, it will. As this documentation -- PlayFab Party objects and their relationships, especially this section – Network said, Networks that don't have any authenticated users are automatically destroyed after a timeout. And as this section said, if there is no device connected to the active network, the relay will become inactive and shut down after one minute of inactivity.
