Can I delete master account without unlinking IDs?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering what would happen if I remove a master player account while the account is linked to an Android device ID? I came across this question asked in 2018.

The question is not exactly related to my question, but the answer says "when a player with a linked android device id is deleted, the linked android id would linger, preventing it from being used with a new account." Does this issue still exist?

No, you don’t have to unlink. I have tried to link an Device ID which was linked to a deleted account. It works fine. Besides, you may add "ForceLink": true and it doesn’t matter if the device ID has been linked.
