GrantItemsToUser fails or takes long to complete

Hello,

We have a title in production (5BAEC) in which we implemented payments by using catalog items as tokens granted from our server that are later consumed by the game using cloud script. We use php sdk on the server and today PlayFabServerApi::GrantItemsToUser started returing false or taking more than 5 seconds to complete which causes our script to break. It looks like something is wrong on your side. Can you please check it? For the last hour we were trying to make payments for user 132E15A690B49834 and Item Id 606.

I have checked your title and enter the event history of Player 132E15A690B49834. There are player_executed_cloudscript events of exchangeToken(), updateOnLogin(), GenerateSessionId(), meanwhile I didn’t find any failed execution, and item 606 added events follows.

Would you provide more details about your issue? For example, when does those call occur? What’s the overall frequency of failed calls?
