Yep. But in runtime from the server app, not from the playfab's website UI.

I don't see a option for it based on the current documentation, so I guess the answer is no.

Also, maybe you know how to add range of ports from the website?

And, as per the Game Manager UI, there is no way to add a range of Ports, you'd need to add them one by one.
