How does virtual currencies recharge daily?

Hello,

I was wondering if I set the "Recharge rate (units per day)" and "Recharge maximum" to 1, when will this currency recharge?

For example, a player used this currency at 10:00 PM (server time) and it's now 0. Will it recharge to 1 at 12:00 PM or after 24 hours?

The recharge rate is per day (24 hours). So, if you set the recharge rate to 1, it will recharge to 1 when 24 hours have elapsed after that 1 has been spent.
