I am getting error "Heartbeat endpoint and Server id are required configuration values." when I start dedicated server"

I made my custom server with this manual Dedicated server manual . But this manual no contains any information about how to get "Server ID". It seems, I have to set "Server ID" to my playfab config, but I have no idea, where can I get this "Server ID". Please someone help me

How do you start your server build? Is it in a local environment with Mock VM agent?

I did start my server build without local debugger with Mock VM. I got where was my issue. Thanks for answer!
