Visual Studio 2013 + PlayFab C# SDK = Error when opening the solution

Issue:

If you open the C# solution in Visual Studio 2013 and get the following output:

"The project is targeting frameworks that are either not installed or are included as part of future updates to Visual Studio."

To fix this issue ensure that your Visual Studio environment has been updated to Update 3+.

Run Tools > Extensions and Updates > Updates > Product Updates: Update 3 (Updates 4 and 5 are newer and also work).
