Automation / Rules / How quickly should they fire after the event?

What is the maximum time we should expect for an Rule to trigger after the event triggering it happens?

Just had the case of EconomyTransactionSuccessful Rule triggering the Cloudscript function a full four minutes after the event appears on the Event History. Which was long enough for me to start looking into why it had failed and seeing I still can't review entries in the Rules page to verify its was correct.

The game id is 22F81 if you want to look and the account was Sandwiches (4:24 and 4:28 for the event and the rule triggering).

Hi, basically, actions are triggered in nearly real-time, hence this 4 minutes delay you are encountering is not expected. I can see there are two actions delayed (EventId : “06602c54c6934becb533b44e4b3672d7” and “530112be952e4f999654bbf8d44530d6”) in player “Sandwiches”, are these two events what you mentioned(4:24 and 4:28 for the event and the rule triggering)? Anyway, I will inform our product team to investigate it. Any updates will let you know, thanks for your feedback:)
