As discussed in the blog post here, Multiplayer Servers 2.0 will be available to all PlayFab customers later this year. We do have an existing multiplayer server offering, though. It may, depending on the needs of your title, be enough to get you started. There's more info here: https://api.playfab.com/docs/tutorials/landing-tournaments/multiplayer-servers
