The only thing we require is the PlayFab logo on a splash screen or similar. Here's the section from our ToS, with the link to the assets:
2.6.You agree to include a PlayFab logo in a prominent location in your game, such as on the splash screen of your Game, and also include our copyright and credit notice on any “help” or “credit” screens. More details are provided in https://playfab.com/style-guide (or such other URL as PlayFab may provide), which by this reference is incorporated into the Terms.
"Copyright and credit notice" like that ? :

It's not really a copyright, per-se. Rather, it's a recognition of the PlayFab trademark. Here are some examples that work - if there's something you'd rather say, which still maintains the essential point of the PlayFab trademark notice, please email us at devrel@playfab.com and we can discuss the specifics.
For a Help screen that mentions PlayFab: "Portions of this game managed by [or ‘supported by’ or ‘powered by’] PlayFab®. PlayFab is a registered trademark of PlayFab, Inc."
For a credits page, "Portions of this game managed by [or ‘supported by’ or ‘powered by’] PlayFab, Inc." or "Additional contributions made by the team at PlayFab, Inc." followed by "PlayFab® is a registered trademark of PlayFab, Inc."
We'll get the ToS and Style Guide updated to reflect this.
