We've actually had multiplayer server hosting available for years, at this point: https://api.playfab.com/docs/tutorials/landing-tournaments/custom-game-servers

If you specifically mean our newer hosting - PlayFab Compute v2 - that is in beta right now, and is planned to be in general availability next quarter.
