Corona SDK RegisterPlayFabUser

So I have seen some codes on how to register, but my only problem is that it the username and the other requirements are already filled out.

Then when I click submit the player does not show up in the players tab, but when I try to submit again it says the username/email is not availabale.

I'm not sure what "already filled out" means, in this context. What is the Title ID, what is the API call you are making (with the details of the parameters passed in), what is your expected result, and what is the actual result?
