title data and non-player db

I would like to use playfab for this functionality:

The app has a questionnaire of 2000 questions (with 4 predefined answers for each question). When the user answers question 1 with answer 3, we would like to increase a counter in Q1.Field3 by +1. We don't care who is the player, we just need overall statistics per question. Statistics should then be callable from the client app.

Is there any good way to do this in playfab?
