PlayFab does not support passing your randomly generated data into the email template, and the Custom Tags is also not designed to do that, it is an arbitrary data which you can use for PlayStream events. Since PlayFab does not support this feature yet, you may need to implement this feature through an external service, or you can post a feature request for it.
