Lobby/Matchmaking/Message Pricing Not Clear.

Hi, I have scanned this pricing page with my naked eyes and chat GPT -> https://playfab.com/pricing/ and its not clear to me how the pricing of lobby/matchmaking/message works for Free to Start where our player count is less than 100K. Does Free to Start not have lobby/matchmaking/message feature available. Do we need to opt for Pay-as-you-go model to use lobby/matchmaking/message.

It could definitely be made more clear.

Matchmaking and Lobby are free on titles that have not been launched, so if you stay under 100k players and do not launch there should be no charges associated with consumption of those services.
