RegisterGame poor error message

The error message "Game mode not found: (Gamemode name)" on RegisterGame is ambiguous for one reason, it is fired even if the gamemode does exist, but doesn't have a matching build id. There should be a seperate error message for mismatched build ids so i don't spend a hour trying to fix a missing gamemode problem ;)
