As I understand, your game has a leaderboard whose value is the virtual currency. As tested, the maximum of leaderboard value and virtual currency amount is 2147483647. It seems that this cannot be changed. One possible way is you can add new virtual currency and exchange the old one for new one in equal proportion. For example, 1 new virtual currency= 1000 old virtual currency. Then you can set a new leaderboard. Also, you may adjust in-game prices proportionally to ensure that the purchasing power of currency remains the same.
