Just so you know, new developer accounts start with 0 reputation, and so posts will require moderation. Once you have a non-zero reputation (through participation in the forums), that won't be the case anymore. But that would be why your post wasn't on the forums before we posted the response above, as a result of the email to our ticket system (our support system for pro/enterprise titles, though it can also be used by free tier folks for information that is highly confidential, such as IP details).
