I wont pay for 15 action triggers.

But I dont know pay for month/year .

All the upgrades available via the limits page are per 100,000 MAU. So it's a monthly charge based upon the total number of players. For example, if you have 100,000 MAU in month 1, an upgrade that is $19.99 per 100,000 MAU would be $19.99 for that month. If you were to have 200,000 MAU in month 2, it would be $39.98 for that month.
