I'm using Playfab for a Steam game, do I need to implement a privacy policy in my game?

Can I get in trouble if I don't put in a privacy policy disclosure for my game when I'm using Playfab? And if I need it, do I need to have full consent or is it okay with a disclosure when opening the game, and just not allowing them to play the game if they decline?

And If I need to make one, how on earth am I supposed to know how to make one? Thanks!
