Login with steam return empty player name

Hi,

I'm trying to connect using the login with steam function with parameter true to create a new account. 

But there is no name for the new player created. Is this normal?

Should I do anything else?

Yes, that's correct. When you set up a link to the user's Steam account, their name isn't used for the Username (which must be unique in PlayFab across all titles in your Publisher ID) or Title Display Name (which must be unique in PlayFab within your title).
