Buy VC with another VC

Imagine there Gold VC and Gem VC. I would like to buy 100 Gems with 10 Golds.

Should I register Gems to catalog or elsewhere? I have no idea how to regard VC as item.

Is it possible not by using CloudScript?

Yes, the specific pattern for selling a player a virtual currency (whether for another VC or for real money) is to create a bundle item in your game's catalog that contains the VC, and has a Usage Period of a few seconds (so that it cleans itself up after adding the VC). You can then set pricing on it exactly as you would for any other item, under "Prices" on the item itself, or in a Store.
