ExecuteCloudScript vs RunCloudScript

I kinda don't understand the big difference between these 2 calls more than one calling a handler and the other a function but it seems like it's almost the same thing?

Could someone explain this to me when I am supposed to use one or the other

Just use ExecuteCloudScript - it's the replacement for GetCloudScriptUrl/RunCloudScript, which we'll be deprecating soon (it will continue to work for older titles, we'll just be pulling it from the docs).
