Listing of Facebook Purchase Disputes

Hello,

We're wondering if there's anyway to query to get a list of all current unresolved disputed purchases? Or if the only way to keep track of disputes is to follow the emails received from the PF system. I know you can look at a Player's purchase history to see the dispute information, but we were hoping there's a way to look at disputes at an Application level.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Correct - when a dispute notification is sent to PlayFab from Facebook, we automatically generate an email which is sent to your configured "Email address for purchase dispute notifications" (in the Facebook add-ons page), to provide all the details sent to us. And as you say, any disputes then show up in the player profile. We don't separately track outstanding disputes outside the player information, so the best way to do this would be by aggregating the info you receive in the emails. One thing that could help would be for us to additionally generate an event for this change of status to a purchase - I'll add a backlog item for that now, for a future update. That would enable you to then use that event information in your analytics package.

Thank you so much for answering Brendan. The email aggregation was the direction we were going given the information we had, but we thought checking here wouldn't hurt.

Also, thank you for adding that item to the backlog. Having that event available so we could track it, or add rules would be very useful.
