Window 10 UWP

I ran into the problem reported by others with PlayFab and Windows 10 Universal compiles on Unity.  I was hoping to roll out a Windows 10 game soon with IAP's so a timeline for a fix would be great.

This has been resolved, the fix is in internal testing stages and we expect to roll it out soon. I cannot provide an exact ETA.
