PlayFab now has two Authentication Providers. Through direct authorization, you are using original PlayFab user authentication system. Through Microsoft, you are using the new AAD authentication system. Even though they are using the same email address, they are still independent accounts. There is no way to combine them as one account. But you can add the account you’d like to use as the admin of all the studios. Then you can just use that account.
